Augustus Prom employs staff with a wide range of levels of education and experience from trainees to professionally qualified accountants. They are also computer literate with a working knowledge in major international languages.

Internal and external courses are organised for the staff to keep them in tune with the developments in the profession. Some of the members of staff are also attending courses leading to external examinations.
